The prices apply per person/per night for the offered service(s). They are determined by season, length of stay, and discount options. They include final cleaning, bed linen, towels, heating, parking, possibly a pet (must be specified); terms and prices for stays < minimum overnight stays only on request; Christmas or New Year's Eve minimum 6 nights. Beverage service in the house (price according to consumption), use of various rooms outside the accommodation (e.g., fireplace room) for a fee.

Arrival on Sundays and public holidays on request; Good Friday, Christmas Eve, 1st/2nd Christmas Day not possible.

When arriving by public transport: take the train to Olbernhau or Freiberg/Saxony, then continue with the public transport bus lines 453 (from Olbernhau) or 736 (from Freiberg) to Seiffen / Schwartenbergweg; walk about 50 m further in the direction of the bus, then turn left onto Schwartenbergweg uphill, past the doctor's office on the right uphill until you reach Alte Dorfstraße.
