Vogtland Open Air Museum

At a glance

In Eubabrunn, a small village in the Vogtland, a museum of a special Kind is located.

Located right next to the country border to the Czech Republic is the district of Eubabrunn, which is part of the municipality Erlbach.

Since 1992, the open-air museum Eubabrunn is being set up. The buildings go back to the time around 1720 to 1930. By means of original equipment and thematic exhibitions rural life as well as the craft of the population mainly from the southern Vogtland are being presented. Corresponding open spaces and gardens are also part of the museum. Ancient domestic animal breeds are being kept.
