The wooden construction of the Gothic granary floor, the keep, the Romanesque castle chapel and the medieval knights' halls are particularly impressive. The exhibition "The Court of the Young Lords - Mildenstein Castle as the Elector's Nursery" completes the family-friendly programme in Central Saxony. Events take place in the "Black Kitchen" and the "Prince's Parlour" in a unique ambience.

The interactive treasure hunt with escape room

A unique adventure awaits in the interactive treasure hunt! Equipped with a tablet and a team of two to eight friends or family members, a 90 to 120-minute treasure hunt starts across the entire castle grounds and leads to a secret escape room. Here you can prove your puzzle-solving skills: Those who solve all the puzzles within 15 minutes will find the "Treasure of the One-Eyed Man" at the end.
