A deposit of 10% may be charged after booking.
Payment is made in cash upon check-in or in advance via bank transfer.
Cancellations are free of charge up to 4 weeks before arrival.
Late cancellations will incur a charge of 50% of the total price.
The holiday home is available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. Earlier times are available upon request.
The keys are handed over personally on site or in the key safe.
Handing over the holiday home on the day of departure is until 10:00 AM (possibly later by arrangement).
Pets are allowed upon request for an additional charge of €25.
A baby cot/additional bed is not available. Please bring a travel cot if needed.
Guests aged 16 and older must pay a tourist tax of €1 per person per day.
The final cleaning fee is €55.
Wi-Fi, parking, towels, and bed linen are included.
By booking, the house rules are accepted.

You can reach the holiday home by car via the A4 motorway, exit Chemnitz. Then continue on the B174 towards Marienberg. In Marienberg, take the B171 towards Olbernhau. After 7 km, you will reach Zöblitz. The holiday home is located on the left side. As a point of reference, you can use the sanitary goods store Roland Drechsel.
There is a sign "Ferienhaus Köhler" at the holiday home. You can park in the courtyard.
By public transport, take the DB Bahn to Chemnitz main station. There you can change to bus line 206.
In Marienberg, you will then need to transfer to line 498 towards Olbernhau.
