Check-in is possible from 3 PM to 6 PM. Check-out is possible between 7 AM and 10 AM.
Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon consultation. Please contact us in advance for arrangements.
Key handover will take place in person on site.
A baby cot/additional bed can be provided upon request for a fee of 20.00 Euro/stay.
Pets are not allowed.
The tourist tax will be charged on site and is payable in cash. The current guest tax regulation of the city of Altenberg applies. (currently: 2.10 Euro/night/adult or 1.60 Euro/night/child 6-17 years)
Upon arrival, a deposit of 200 Euro in cash must be paid. This will be refunded after departure, provided no defects or damages are found.
