In addition to fresh ingredients from the region, culinary variety is a top priority when choosing dishes.
With our new Mediterranean menu, our team led by head chef Martin Reiche at Restaurant LebensArt is extending the culinary summer - with vitello tonnato, grilled prawns, wild herb salad, strawberry tiramisu and other delicacies. The LebensArt restaurant welcomes you in an elegant and fresh design. It can seat up to 75 people in total. The special ambience of the restaurant is particularly recommended for romantic candlelit dinners for two.
At the location of the Mühlenstube there used to be a mill, to which the restaurant owes its name and rustic decor. There is room for up to 30 people in total. When the weather is fine, we also recommend the beer garden directly adjacent to the Mühlenstube, where you can enjoy the specialties of the house with a view of the spa gardens.
Whether light and vital, exquisite or hearty - our kitchen team has only one thing in mind: to flatter your tongue and caress your palate. The very different but equally cozy restaurants are at your disposal for your meals.

Since sustainability and the conservation of our natural resources is a fundamental part of the HEIDE SPA's corporate philosophy, we source the food used in our hotel from the immediate region.
