Shortly after, you reach the refreshing water treading basin. The path climbs uphill over meadows until you reach the Abtwald. At the "Steinernen Tischl", a striking point preserved from medieval times, there is an opportunity for a short rest. Then it continues to the romantically forest-surrounded Buschmühlenteich. Afterwards, you hike briefly uphill again and walk along the Eisenstraße with a wonderful view of the Ore Mountains ridge. The descent into the valley along the Zöpfelsteig leads you back to the starting point.
