The approximately 1.5 km long loop leads completely over open sunny meadow areas and is ideal for beginners and children. A slightly smaller loop of about 700 m is set up directly at the trail entrance.
With sufficient snow depth, a small loop through the forest (over the "Red Man") is also tracked. This extended variant connects to the 1.5 km loop and then totals approximately 2.4 km.
The entire Sosa Sonnenloipe has 2 classic tracks and one skating track.
When the trail is open, the "Skiteam Sosa" club operates a small snack bar every Saturday and Sunday in the "Skiteam hut" at the trail entrance.
At the trail entrance, there is the possibility to use the small toboggan hill.
