This stage of the Luther Trail leads hikers through small wooded areas, past lakes and along the river "Vereinigte Mulde". The landscape of the Düben Heath is extremely beautiful. Not only the moor baths are famous. It was here, just outside the town of Bad Düben, that Lord von Zaschnitz robbed the horse dealer Hans Kohlhase of his horses. The latter, fighting for his rights, also wrote a letter to Martin Luther in which he asked for justice. Once in Bad Düben, you can visit the nature park house or relax in the famous moor spa.
