Hike from the balcony of Vogtland to the music town of Klingenthal.
The route leads on shaded forest paths over the small mountain village Kottenheide to the ski jump in the VogtlandArena. From here, the path runs along the Vogtland Panorama Trail through Klingenthal to the station.

In Klingenthal, you should take a look at the baroque Round Church as well as the Music and Winter Sports Museum. In Schöneck, a visit to the viewing rock "Alter Söll" or the local history museum is worthwhile.
If you are coming from the south, take the A 72 Hof-Chemnitz motorway, exit Plauen-South. Then drive towards Oelsnitz / Bad Elster. After about 4 km, turn left into Schöneck behind Oelsnitz.
If you come from the north, use the Plauen-East exit, turn left towards Mechelgrün and follow the signs to Bergen / Poppengrün / Schöneck.
Parking spaces can be found in the Schöneck parking garage or in the large outdoor parking lot; simply follow the signs for IFA Holiday Park, Ski and Bike World Schöneck
