(A) Start: Hiking car park 09474 Crottendorf, August-Bebel-Str./corner Bahnhofstraße
(B) right onto Bahnhofstraße
(C) left onto Ladestraße
(D) cross in front of former station hotel Annaberger Straße, continue past Grenzwald-Destillation Museum and sports ground
(E) left onto Glashüttenstraße
(F) cross Scheibenberger Straße/continue on Oberwiesenthaler Straße
(G) at the new forester's house turn right onto Joachimsthaler Straße
(H) at the highest point of the street turn right following the field path
(I) cross Hammerstraße (=Crottendorfer Straße), follow Krummen Weg
(J) left onto Kohlweg
(K) right onto Katzensteiner Straße
(L) pass Willibrunnen with rest area
(M) keep right onto Große Mittweidaer Straße
(N) On the right are the buildings of the former wood grinding mill Georg Weber. The buildings are now used as residences.
(O) On the right stood the Enderlein wood grinding mill. The later gastronomy at this place was popularly known as the “Shark Bar”. Currently, a holiday hotel is being built here.
(P) Continue left onto Wolfner Mühle. The vacant buildings of Wolfner Mühle, the former Brückner wood grinding mill, stand directly opposite on the street.
(Q) On the right side of the path stands the former Dietrich wood grinding mill. Today the buildings house a hotel.
(R) After entering Hotel Dietrichsmühle, turn right following the Markersbach circular hiking trail uphill over the bridge
(S) first path before the forester's house, turn sharply right
(T) turn slightly right
(U) keep left
(V) turn right
(W) turn left
(X) turn left onto the Crottendorf circular hiking trail, turn left past the rest and viewpoint at Hegeberg
(Y) turn right onto Nitzschhammerweg, cross Scheibenberger Straße (Scheibenberger Straße leads downstream to Räucherkerzenland with café and further to Gasthof Glashütte.) Follow Nitzschhammerweg into the town center.
(Z) Cross Annaberger Straße and return to the hiking car park
