Our house is located directly in the historic old town of Annaberg, in a central yet quiet location. (approx. 600 m above sea level)
The historical marketplace, attractions, museums, cinema, restaurants, cafes, and various shops are only a 5-minute walk away.
Good transport connections to the entire Ore Mountains can be found at the nearby bus station (also just a 5-minute walk).
Our house is also an ideal starting point for various hikes and walks.
For example, the summit of Annaberg's local mountain, the Pöhlberg (832 m above sea level), can be reached in about an hour. The breathtaking views reward you for the ascent.

- For arriving by car, we recommend: * Drive via the federal roads B 95 and B 101 * Follow the signs "Innenstadtring/ Markt" * Turn onto Wolkensteiner Straße (business street) immediately at the Erzgebirgsbuchhandlung (steep uphill, into Große Sommerleite) * Drive up this alley for about 30 m. * Our house is directly at the junction of the next cross alley. (The Upper Wolkensteiner Gasse is a small, little-used alley that lies above Wolkensteiner Straße and runs parallel to it.) Parking is possible directly on the side street in front of the house. Arrival by public transport Since we are located in a central and easily accessible area, you can also reach us very well by public transport and have the best conditions for a varied holiday stay. An up-to-date timetable is available in the house. * We are happy to pick you up from the train station or bus station. You can take the bus to Annaberg-Buchholz, bus station. (5 min walk) * By train, you travel to Annaberg-B., Unterer Bahnhof. (15 min walk)
