The garage phenomenon at a glance
This exhibition grows and evolves organically, drawing all the threads from the garages together into the Garage Campus, the hub of the flagship #3000GARAGES project. It showcases the various (temporary) sub-projects, creates links between complexes and the garage community, and provides a framework for communication. Photographic portraits of Chemnitz residents, quirky finds and designs, installations and objects, souped-up and imaginary vehicles, texts, video and sound recordings are all assembled in a single exhibition that presents #3000GARAGES as a whole.
