From Dittersdorf station, walk about 250 m along Bahnhofsstraße northeast (towards Einsiedel) and then turn slightly right into Schwarzen Weg. Follow the path until you reach the intersection at the ski jump. Here turn sharply right and follow the signs Rundweg Dittersdorf. The path leads steeply uphill through the forest. At the fork at the meadow keep left and shortly after reach the upper end of the Dittersdorf ski lift. Follow the path through the forest to the intersection. Here turn right and after a steep climb reach the open country. Go right and shortly after turn left at the signpost towards Dittersdorfer Höhe. After about 1.2 km you reach one of the most striking viewpoints of the Ore Mountains with an impressive panoramic view. Here is also a station of the Royal Saxon triangulation built in 1869. Directly below the plateau lies the Dittersdorfer Höhe country inn, which you reach over a narrow path after a few meters. Then go back the same way and follow the green marking. At the signpost turn left towards Weißbach and follow the path (Filialweg) straight ahead. You walk downhill and see the Dittersdorf outdoor pool on the right, where you can take a detour to refresh yourself. At the elementary school you reach Dittersdorfer Straße. Here turn left and shortly after right into Filialweg. Follow this slightly uphill to Chemnitzer Straße (B 180). Turn right and go to the Gasthof zur Linde. From here, follow the "Rundweg Dittersdorf" back to the starting point. Behind the beautiful half-timbered house, turn right onto Kemtauer Weg. In the forest, you pass the small settlement "Kalkofen", here keep left. You reach a meadow and continue to follow the signs "Rundweg Dittersdorf". The path goes downhill back into the valley. At the intersection "Am weißen Stein" turn sharply right and immediately left again. The path leads past Burgstein, which offers you a charming view of Zwönitztal. Watch the signpost on the edge. After about 300 m you reach B 180, which you cross and turn left into Zwönitztalstraße. You cross the railway line and reach the district Kamerun located in an idyllic bend of the Zwönitz. Over the courtyard and the Zwönitz bridge, you reach Zwönitztalweg. At the rest area turn right and follow the shady Zwönitztalweg, accompanied by a nature trail. After almost 3 km you return to the starting point. Along the way, you also pass Eulenbrunnen and near the station the Bärenbrunnen.
