At the hiking parking lot next to the Hotel Dachsbaude & Kammbaude, start through the reforestation gate and follow the marking of the Seiffen circular trail (red dot) through the quiet Ore Mountains mixed forest. When you reach Badstraße, go left past the Bad Einsiedel guesthouse and continue without major ascents along Badweg towards Deutscheinsiedel. At the intersection with Münzelweg, turn right and then again right into Göhrener Weg (yellow marking) through the raised bog and past the Göhrener pond to Deutscheinsiedel. In town, a stop at the Schmieder bakery is recommended. At the church, follow the footpath along Seiffner Straße (yellow marking) and after about 200 m you will find the workshop of the carver Volker Kolbe. About 200 m after leaving the village, continue to follow the yellow marking and turn right into Neuweg. The yellow marking turns left after 500 m and you follow it until you reach Anton-Günther-Straße. Below it is the woodturning workshop of Eva Beyer, who gladly demonstrates her craft. Continue on Anton-Günther-Straße. At the intersection with Kurhausstraße, go straight ahead. At the end of Anton-Günther-Straße, keep right and after 30 m you reach Glashüttenweg. Turn left here and after about 100 m you reach the Christmas pyramid carver Falco Beyer. At the small playground, now follow Plattenstraße uphill. After a few meters, it is worth looking back into the valley at the spa town of Seiffen and as far as the Fichtelberg. The destination is already visible. A short piece back on the road to the left and you are back at the Hotel Dachsbaude & Kammbaude.
