Rabenberg circular hiking trail

On this circular hike, you will get to know the plateau of the Rabenberg at an altitude of almost 900 m.

The starting point of the hike is the train station in Johanngeorgenstadt. Here we follow the Schwarzwasser upstream in the direction of "Pachthaus" and turn left over the "Pachthausbrücke" bridge, cross the tracks and turn right. We start with the steepest part of the trail to the highest point of the Pachthaus district. We walk along the "Anton-Günter-Wanderweg" in the direction of the forest, leave it here, turn left and follow the circular hiking trail in the direction of Rabenberg/Breitenbrunn. At the "Oberdorfer Flügel/Galgenflügel" crossroads, we turn left again and follow the signs towards "Sportpark Rabenberg". After approx. 1.5 km we have reached the sports park. The newly built forest rope park and high ropes course "Abenteuerpark 860" on the Rabenberg offers the right course for every age group. We can indulge in climbing fun to our heart's content.

We leave the adventure park behind us on the "Neuer Weg" and hike on to the "Alt-Rabenberger". Here we turn left towards Johanngeorgenstadt, following the signs. At the "Seifenbachweg" junction, we turn right, cross the Schwarzwasser and follow it upstream to the starting point, the train station in Johanngeorgenstadt.
