This is the fourth section on the Vereinigte Mulde with a total length of 27 km.

On the last stretch of the Saxon Mulde cycle path, the route runs along the Mulde dam, past Löbnitz (Leipziger Neuseenland), across the state border to Saxony-Anhalt to the Großer Goitzschesee / Muldestausee and on to Jeßnitz. Due to bridge construction work, the Mulde cycle path is currently detoured here via Muldenstein, Roßdorf and Altjeßnitz.
