In the northwestern part of the Vogtland district, in the center of the Saxon, Thuringian, Bavarian, and Bohemian Vogtland, is the "Vogtland Mill Quarter".
The Miller's Boys' Trail runs for about 50 km through the charming landscape of the Vogtland Mill Quarter to the mills still preserved today and to the historical traces of an industry that was once very active in this region - milling.
