"Everything is no longer what it used to be." But perhaps at the end of the route, one can still conclude that many things are on a good path - everyone decides for themselves!
“Everything is no longer what it used to be.”
Between these lines a bit of melancholy sounds, but perhaps at the end of the route we will come to the conclusion that many things are on a good path - decide for yourself! Let’s set off now to see that everything is no longer what it used to be.
We are going into the Tännicht, as it was called before. The word “Tännicht” is derived from fir and means a patch of forest. It meant everything around the Colmnitzbach after it has left the town. The fir trees have become rare, but we will still see some specimens. The “Tännicht” is also the highest mountain of the Tharandt Forest.
