Drive through the romantic Müglitz valley via Weesenstein, Glashütte to the Bärenhecke mill and bakery, short chat with the miller - refreshment with coffee and cake or small bread tasting. Continue via Lauenstein, Geising and Altenberg (possibly herbal liqueur) to Bärenfels Lunch at the Naturhotel Gasthof Bärenfels with buttermilk getzens or "Erzgebirgs-Burger". Next stop is the Hermsdorf Farmers' Museum - here you can marvel at long-forgotten utensils from farming life. The route continues over the Erzgebirge ridge with magnificent views to the Recehnberg-Bienenmühle Brewery Museum. For dinner, the Hotel Dachsbaude in Neuhausen invites you to enjoy Erzgebirge specialties and rowanberry soda.
