The Kammloipe from Johanngeorgenstadt to the Vogtland town of Schöneck is considered to be one of the most beautiful and also snow-sure cross-country ski trails in Germany and has been awarded the designation "Excellent Trail." Approximately 36 km in length in total.
In the midst of the Erzgebirge/Vogtland Nature Park, the Kammloipe offers the best conditions over a length of 36 km and is also suitable for beginner cross-country skiers. It includes 18 designated connecting trails with ideal entry points and local trails (approx. 90 km), creating a ski region of special charm. In addition to excellent grooming, optimal skiing fun is ensured by appropriate signage and consistently cleared parking spaces at the entry points.
