Start at orientation board parking Oberholzhau (near Fischerbaude) > eastwards over Steinbruchweg, Heuweg, Steinkuppe to Torfhaus > further towards Teichhaus until meeting with trail 3 (Bahndamm-Dreitallen trail) > westward, i.e. turn left and briefly follow trail 3 to Schwarzer Buschweg and follow this uphill back to the starting point.
Or:
meet trail 3, turn right and follow trail 3 to Nassau.

After storm Herwart, restrictions for cross-country skiers: Bahndamm trail also accessible via Fischerbaude - Torfhaus - Teichhaus, then continue as described. The Dreitellen area cannot be offered.
