The bike route connects the three Greiz castles with the famous Göltzschtal Bridge and leads through the Greiz-Werdauer Forest recreation area.
The city of Greiz with its two castles offers a tremendous variety of tourist attractions worth visiting. The Upper Castle towers high above the city, and in the valley, there is the beautiful Greiz Park with the Summer Palace and the Lower Castle. Interesting museums offer guests plenty of information about the city’s history, the land and people, and traditional crafts.
