It is also worth visiting the church of this small community. Over hills and through valleys, the journey continues through the Freiberger Forest to the mining town of Freiberg. Those who have time will find numerous sights in the Silver City. On the return journey, you travel via Wegefarth, Langenstriegis, and Schönerstadt back to Oederan.

In Oberschöna, ride about 2.7 km along the village road until you turn sharply left into the Freiberger Stadtwald. Those who like and have time can make a detour to the mining town of Freiberg. In a wide arc via Wegefarth, Langenstriegis, and Schönerstadt, ride back to Oederan.
