From the Erzgebirge ridge in Deutschgeorgenthal to the confluence of the Flöha into the Zschopau, the cycle path leads through one of the most beautiful valleys of the Erzgebirge. On a varied discovery route of over 70 km, you will experience pure mill romance, the Rauschenbach and Saidenbach reservoirs, as well as the centres of Erzgebirge woodcraft: Neuhausen, Seiffen, Olbernhau and Grünhainichen. The efforts of forested climbs, as a detour due to the too narrow river valley, are rewarded with wonderful views over the valley. The Flöhatal cycle path runs up to Heidersdorf simultaneously on the long-distance cycle route Saxon Central Uplands. There is a connection to the source area of the Flöha with the Flaje reservoir in the Czech Republic.
