Agricultural and craft businesses have a very long tradition in the region. On the route developed in 2006, visit the numerous farm shops and craft establishments.
On this route, you can get to know traditional craft businesses and regional products directly from local producers. The paths lead over roads, fields and cycle paths through a hilly, natural landscape with the romantic Elstertal and the Fuchsbach valley.
The ride starts in Neumühle/Elster. Here a detour to the Nitschareuth Farmers' Museum is worthwhile. The farm shop route itself initially leads to Waltersdorf to the Museum and Holiday Farm. In Berga/Elster, you can visit the demonstration workshop of the Easter Path Vogtland. With the Zickra Culture Farm and the Clodramühle , Berga offers further special features in its districts.
In Endschütz, there is a wild romantic manor, which invites you four times a year to craft markets or to a picturesque vintage holiday. On the way to Ronneburg, there are further opportunities to get to know regional products & traditions. One of these is the Kauern farm shop, which houses, in addition to a wide range of regional producers, a cow café.
