The circular tour starts at the Dorfchemnitz iron hammer via Schafbrücke to Clausnitz. Then along the ridge path to Kreuztanne and back via the Sayda circular route.
The tour starts at the Dorfchemnitz iron hammer. Follow the white-yellow-white markings through the village past the church and Klöpfer pond to the Schafbrücke bridge. Continue on the white-green-white markings in the direction of Clausnitz. After crossing the B171, continue on the white-yellow-white trail to the refuge. From there, turn right along the ridge path to the Hotel Kreuztanne.
From there, follow the white-yellow-white Sayda circular trail to Friedebach, past the Mittelmühle mill to the Eisenhammer starting point.
