START: 0.0 km Stadthafen Leipzig
Boarding/disembarking at the landing stage, parking available.
0.8 km Palmengartenwehr
Danger to life at Palmengartenwehr! Keep distance! Turn left.
1.7 km Horse racing track
Landing stage at the racecourse, access via Rennbahnweg, parking available.
2.2 km Split of Pleiße and Elster floodbeds
Continue left into the Pleiße floodbed.
3.0 km Connewitz Lock with boat slide
Self-service, caution with technical equipment! Please observe usage instructions. Portaging possible.
***Here begins the journey on the Pleiße through the southern Leipzig floodplain forest. To protect the valuable natural area, please observe the navigation rules on the reverse, use only designated landing places and maintain minimum water level (> 30 cm).***
4.7 km Hakenbrücke
400 m before, right turn-off of Raft Ditch to Cospudener See (course 1), please keep left.
5.7 km Koburger Straße
Landing stage and boat rental at the wildlife park (150 m to wildlife park parking, accessible via Koburger Straße)
6.5 km Railway bridge
GOAL: 7.1 km Bridge at Goethesteig
Caution current! Shortly after the bridge there is a weir.
