Bike route into the romantic Neunmühlental through the Mosen village Marieney and visit to the oldest church in Vogtland in Wohlbach.

The starting point is the Haselmühle junction on the road to Oelsnitz. From here, it goes downhill to the Leuchtmooshöhle cave and then further to the Jahnsmühle mill.

The valley slopes become steeper and the valley narrower. Opposite Spitzmühle, the little village of Korna stretches along the mountainside. From here, the route goes up to Arnoldsgrün and along the fields through the forest to Marieney, the birthplace of the poet Julius Mosen and the cartographer Adam Friedrich Zürner.

Past the church, the route continues toward Saalig, where you turn left to Wohlbach. Here at the oldest church in the Vogtland, the route leads over Galgenberg hill further on to Gunzen (bike path connection). With a wonderful view from the hill, you roll down to Eschenbach, passing Bockmühle mill, and reach the starting point in Schöneck.
