On the "Holzweg" large and small hikers can learn a lot of exciting things about the forest, its trees, and the use of wood.

The Holzweg adventure trail runs along the Triebisch and has ten stations. Information boards show the diversity of wood, from the variety of wood to usage and wood products. It also explains how wood is structured and how the annual rings form. The trail also passes the sensory path, where the forest can be experienced with all senses. At the beginning of the route, the brook spirit grants a wish in peace. At the end, the new Geo Info Point, Seerenteichstrasse 2, can be visited regularly on the first Saturday of the month or on request. There is also an accessible toilet with ramp access to the ground floor.
