The panoramic hike up and down the Müglitz valley and a visit to the clock museum are a perfect combination of nature experience and city history.

Complement your visit to the German Clock Museum with this beautiful hiking tour. You start at the museum forecourt and walk up the Cunnersdorfer Weg (marked with a yellow dot). You will already get your first beautiful views here. Now follow the fork in the path towards the Bastei & Pilz viewpoints. The paths along the route are narrow in places, but easy to walk on. The Bastei offers a wonderful panorama. Take the opportunity to take a break and enjoy the view over the Müglitz Valley before continuing to the next viewpoint, the Pilz. You then descend to the lower town, cross the Müglitz and return to the starting point.
