In Schlettau, a town on the "Silberstrasse" holiday route, we start our route towards Wolkenstein, where Wolkenstein Castle invites you to visit. Our next destinations are Lengefeld, Rechenberg-Bienenmühle and Frauenstein. Arriving in the Eastern Ore Mountains, we reach the winter sports town of Altenberg, known for its bobsleigh track. The next day, it goes along the Ore Mountains ridge back via Rechenberg-Bienenmühle and Neuhausen. In Neuhausen, the world's largest nutcracker invites you for a visit. Via Olbernhau and Jöhstadt we reach the starting point Schlettau at the end of the route.
