The Eilenburg Museum presents the eventful 1000-year history of the town on the Mulde River in the traditional Roter Hirsch. On the upper floor of the former noble inn and today's restaurant, evidence of Eilenburg's past is presented in the ambience of its time. An impressive collection of historical doll's houses and their inhabitants have found their place in the attic. One side wing also houses an original classroom from the 1920s.
