Trade your yoga mat for a SUP (Stand Up Paddle Board) at WOGA and move your next class out onto the water. After a short introduction to stand-up paddling, we head out onto the beautiful Birkwitzer Lake. In the second hour, we will introduce ourselves to the new fitness trend of SUP yoga. With WOGA, the first SUP yoga course format in Europe, both beginners and professionals are warmly welcomed!! In SUP yoga, two ancient traditions come together: India and Hawaii, yoga and surfing, complementing each other beautifully! Then turn right onto Pratzschwitzer Straße, drive through Pratzschwitz, and you will see the bathing lake on your right. Coming from Pirna or Dresden-Pillnitz, drive along Pratzschwitzer Straße. The entrance to the parking lot is hard to miss. By bus, you can reach us from Dresden with line P from Pillnitz, stop Birkwitz Kindergarten. Coming from Pirna, you can use lines P and G/L. Coming from Graupa, use line G/L. You can also take the S-Bahn line S2 and get off at Heidenau Süd from either Pirna or Dresden and walk to the Heidenau ferry.
