Swap your yoga mat at WOGA for a SUP (Stand Up Paddle Board) and move your next session out onto the water. After a brief introduction to Stand Up Paddling, we will head out onto the beautiful Birkwitzer See. In the second hour, we will gradually approach the new fitness trend of SUP Yoga. With WOGA, the first SUP Yoga course format in Europe, beginners and professionals are warmly welcome!! In SUP Yoga, two ancient traditions come together: India and Hawaii, yoga and surfing, complementing each other beautifully! Dive into the elements, feel your body, relax your mind -   - Meeting point is directly at the WOGA station (small wooden house directly by the lake behind the parking lot:) - Address: Pratzschwitzer Str. 198 B01796 Pirna OT Birkwitz - Free entry to the entire Birkwitz bathing lake - There are plenty of parking spaces available - Snack offer during nice weather from May to September   ALWAYS ON THE SAFE SIDE: WOGA is the perfect course after/with Corona: ➢ Minimum distance is always guaranteed! ➢ Boards are disinfected daily ➢ Strengthening the immune system ➢ Outdoor sport in a small group (max 8 participants) ➢ WITHOUT body contact You can reach us via the A17 motorway - exit Pirna - then continue towards Pirna and leave the motorway feeder at the second exit. Then turn right onto Pratzschwitzer Straße, drive through Pratzschwitz and you will see the bathing lake directly on your right. If coming from Pirna or Dresden-Pillnitz, follow Pratzschwitzer Straße. The entrance to the parking lot is impossible to miss. You can reach us by bus from Dresden on line P from Pillnitz, stopping at Birkwitz Kindergarten. If coming from Pirna, you can use lines P and G/L. If coming from Graupa, use line G/L. You can also take the S-Bahn line S2 and get off at Heidenau Süd, then walk to the Heidenau ferry. After crossing, you will be directly in Birkwitz.
