A fee must also be paid for booked or rented rooms if the booking is canceled by the customer later than 24 hours before arrival (§552 BGB). The expenses saved by the hotel amount to 10% of the agreed price for overnight stays with or without breakfast, and 25% for package agreements (accommodation plus meals and additional services in one sum). The hotel reserves the right to request an advance payment of 50% of the agreed fee before the start of the trip or on the day of arrival for bookings of 5 nights or more or at least 10 rooms.

Booked rooms are available as early as 3 p.m. on the arrival day. They must be vacated no later than 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Unless a later arrival time has been expressly agreed, the hotel has the right to rerent booked rooms past 6 p.m.
