Arrival is possible from 14:00 to 17:00.

Departure is possible until 10:00.

As there are key boxes available, the arrival time can be coordinated individually and personally. Please call me at the following mobile number: 0173/8555512.

A payment of 80% of the travel price is required by bank transfer. Details will be provided separately.

Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will incur a fee of 80% of the total price.

The key handover takes place on-site. For late arrivals, there is the option of keyless handover.

Pets are allowed - at a cost of €30 per animal.

A baby bed for ages 0-2 can be provided upon request (for a fee of €15 per night).

Tourist tax will be calculated separately on-site.

Meals: Breakfast can be added upon request for €12 per person/breakfast.

The basic price includes parking in front of the house, flat-screen TV, bed linens, towels, hairdryer, makeup mirror, and Wi-Fi.

Check-in from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM or by arrangement. A key box is available, please consult for this.

Check-out by 10:00 AM

No arrivals and departures possible on 23rd/24th and 30th/31st December.
