Eibenstock in the Ore Mountains – has Hundertwasser wandered here? He certainly hasn’t, but his ideas bear fruit in the colorful houses of the art courtyard. Behind the colorful and unique façade of the "Hundertweltenhaus," there are country-themed apartments where vacationers can feel a touch of India, Japan, Peru, Africa, and North America. With attention to detail, the former industrial building was transformed into a feel-good oasis in 2015. The wellness area invites relaxation with massages from around the world and a sauna in a mountainous mining ambiance. Those who simply want to get to know the place will find specialties from the nearby coffee roastery and regional homemade dishes in the art café.
The terrace offers a view of the garden with a pond, sand playground, meditation garden, and an orange-colored holiday home – where guest groups stay in the typical Ore Mountain "Haisl." The path continues to the "Kunsthaus" – the colorful source of the art courtyard. Since 2011, lectures, concerts, seminars, and courses have been held in the 300m² yoga and event rooms, where friends and families gather for private celebrations.
Since 2025, we have offered pilgrimage rooms, allowing guests to stay for just one night in simple rooms with shared sanitary facilities. Hikers and cyclists are warmly welcome and can enjoy staying in the Peace Light Chapel in the art courtyard during their visit.
