Payment can be made in cash / with debit card / by invoice / via mobile phone.
No credit card payment possible.
For cancellations, the following compensation conditions apply:
a) up to 90 days before the start of the trip, 30% of the travel price
b) from the 89th to the 11th day before the start of the trip, 50% of the travel price
c) from the 10th day before the start of the trip, 70% of the travel price.
Cancellations must be made in writing, via email, fax, or post.
The compensation period applies from the receipt of the cancellation at the KiEZ.
The traveler is strongly advised to take out travel cancellation insurance.
Arrival from 12 to 3 PM. Departure from 9 to 10 AM.
The key handover takes place at our reception on-site.
No pets allowed.
Baby/extra bed available upon request.
Meals available upon request at an additional cost: full board, half board, breakfast, roll service, special dietary requirements.
Included: towels, bed linen, use of all items in the house (washing machine, etc.), electricity / water.
A free parking space is available for you.

Guest parking is located directly within the KiEZ grounds after the entrance on the right
