A down payment of XX% will be charged upon booking.
The down payment is 10% of the rental price and must be transferred within 14 days from the signing of the rental agreement.
The remaining payment is to be made on site in cash.
Cancellation up to 1 day before arrival is free of charge, cancellations on the day of arrival will be charged 100% of the total costs.
Cancellations up to 5 days before arrival are free of charge, cancellations within the 5 days prior to arrival will be charged 100% of the total costs.
Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge, cancellations between 14-7 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total costs, cancellations within 7 days before arrival will be charged 100% of the total costs. Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge, cancellations between 30-14 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total costs, cancellations within the 14 days before arrival will be charged 100% of the total costs. Cancellations up to 60 days before arrival are free of charge, cancellations between 60-30 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total costs, cancellations within the 30 days before arrival will be charged 100% of the total costs.
Arrival is possible from XX a.m. to XX p.m. Departure is possible between XX a.m. and XX p.m. Other arrival and departure times are possible upon consultation. Please contact us in good time for arrangements if necessary.
The key handover takes place in person on site/ via a key box. You will receive the code in due time before arrival.
A baby cot/additional bed can be provided free of charge upon request.
Pets are not allowed/allowed, for a fee of XX€ per pet/night.
Tourist tax for adults per night is 1.80 Euro (for a business traveler from the 4th night free of charge), tourist tax for children per night is 0.90 Euro.
Other applicable fees:
Rental price including additional costs as well as final cleaning amounts to 80.00 Euro per night.
Cancellation up to 45 days before the rental start: 10% + (down payment) of the rental price.
Cancellation 44 to 30 days before the rental start: 30% of the rental price.
Cancellation from 29 days before the rental start: 70% of the rental price.
Arrival by car is possible via the A72 (exit Stollberg or exit Chemnitz South). After the highway, you can reach us easily via country roads.
You are also welcome to arrive by train. We offer you a free pick-up and drop-off service to the train station.
