Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge, cancellations between 14-7 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total costs, cancellations within the 7 days prior to arrival will be charged 100% of the total costs. Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge, cancellations between 30-14 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total costs, cancellations within the 14 days prior to arrival will be charged 100% of the total costs. Cancellations up to 60 days before arrival are free of charge, cancellations between 60-30 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total costs, cancellations within the 30 days prior to arrival will be charged 100% of the total costs.

The key handover takes place personally on site/through a key box. You will receive the code in good time before your arrival.
A baby bed/additional bed can be provided free of charge upon request.
Pets are not allowed/allowed for a fee of XX€ per pet/night.
