Our holiday apartment is located on the outskirts of the town of Schwarzenberg. It is quietly situated near the forest and meadows. Here you can relax, hike, cycle, and ski in winter. The historic old town center is about 1.5 km away, which is a 10-12 minute walk. The holiday apartment consists of two living rooms and a room for a toilet/washbasin and shower. You have a separate entrance to the house. Right in front is the parking space for 2-3 cars.
Each room is equipped with central heating, a wardrobe, TV, and other modern furnishings. In the large room (30 sqm) there is a new stove, a small kitchenette with fridge and induction cooktop, as well as a single bed.
In the bedroom (20 sqm) there is a double bed with adjustable slatted frames and an additional single bed, which can also be unfolded. You also have a small wardrobe with a closet.
You will be using a non-smoking apartment; if you wish to smoke, there is an ashtray right in front of the entrance.

Unfortunately, bringing pets is not possible out of consideration for future tenants.
