Bright, well-equipped, quiet holiday apartment with loggia and beautiful views on the 1st floor of a single-family house near the forest.

The living room and the 2nd bedroom (for a 3rd person) each have access to the shared loggia; the 2nd bedroom also has an additional WC on the ground floor. The apartment extends over the entire 1st floor of the house in a quiet, forest-rich outskirts location with beautiful views of the town of Annaberg and Pöhlberg.

Great hiking trails pass close by the house (e.g., Eisenach-Budapest and E3 European hiking trail). There are affordable options for fly fishing. In winter, with favorable snow conditions, ski trails are groomed near the house. For hiking and nature enthusiasts, the holiday apartment is an excellent starting and ending point. Beautiful

excursions to the nearby Czech Republic are very appealing. Ski lifts and groomed trails can be found in the relatively snow-secure ski areas at Fichtelberg and Keilberg (Czech Republic about 20 km away). You can borrow a toboggan for 2 people for free from the landlord. Additional rental options for ski equipment can be found in the spa town of Oberwiesenthal, about 20 km away.
