Holiday Home
In the modern, fully-equipped holiday home up to 6 people can be accommodated. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a fireplace, a bathroom with a shower/WC, and the kitchen. Here, everything necessary is available, such as a microwave, 4-burner stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, iron, hairdryer, radio, and TV/satellite.
On the upper floor, there are 2 bedrooms for 2 and 4 people.
The holiday home is equipped with modern central heating, and the hot water is heated electrically directly in the holiday home. Additionally, there is a fireplace in the house that can be heated with wood, wood briquettes, or coal brought by guests.
There is a terrace by the house, which invites you to cozy evenings or barbecues. Children have the opportunity to play in the garden. There is also a sandbox and a sunbathing area. Furthermore, an outdoor fireplace is available for use, which is also located in the garden.
There is no secure storage option for brought special luggage (stroller, bike trailer, bicycles, etc.).
Surroundings
The holiday home is located a bit away from the town center of Olbersdorf in a pleasant, quiet, central location. This makes all important errands easily accessible on foot. Walking distances:

You can see that everyday little things can be taken care of in a short time.
Olbersdorf is located at the foot of the Zittau Mountains. This means that the towns of Jonsdorf (7km), Oybin (4km), Großschönau (7km), Zittau (5km), Waltersdorf (9km), and Lückendorf (7km) are quickly reachable, which is also facilitated by a well-developed local transport network.
A popular destination is, for example, Zittau with numerous attractions such as the fasting cloth, the old town, the theater, or the museum. Or even sports facilities like the Westpark Center or the bowling bar. However, even in the surrounding towns, there are opportunities to experience a lot and have fun during your holiday. For example, the summer toboggan run in Oderwitz, the ice rink in Jonsdorf, the mini train, or even the neighboring countries Poland and Czech Republic (don't forget your passport). For those who prefer a bit more activity, these destinations can of course also be reached by bicycle.
From Olbersdorf, numerous beautiful hiking trails lead through the Zittau Mountains to peaks like Lausche, Hochwald, and Töpfer. Along the way, you can enjoy nature and admire the fascinating sandstone rock formations. Many inns with good food invite you to stop along the way.
The site of the State Garden Show 1999 is also not far away (about 15 min). Once there, you can also take a swim in the Olbersdorf Lake. Of course, you can also visit the adventure pool located about 100m from the holiday home, depending on your preference.
In Großschönau, there is also the opportunity to visit a wonderful leisure and adventure pool, even in the winter months, and to relax in the sauna and solarium.
