Ferienhaus und Appartement Sittig

Dear holiday guests!

In our lovely little holiday home in Annaberg-Buchholz, you can enjoy a delightful vacation.

On the ground floor, you will find a cloakroom in the entrance area, a toilet with a bathroom, as well as a wardrobe and a seating area.
On the upper floor, you will find the living room with kitchen area and dining area.
From the living room, you have access to the terrace and the garden with a seating area.
The sleeping area (with 2 beds and 1 couch) and a small balcony are located in the attic. All 3 rooms are accessible via an internal staircase.
Unfortunately, this is not suitable for people with mobility impairments and wheelchair users.

The house features: central heating, radio/TV, a wood-burning stove, electric stove, coffee machine, refrigerator, toilet, bathroom with bathtub and shower, and a fully equipped kitchen area.

Bed linen and towels are included.

Our holiday home is situated on a beautiful garden plot with terrace, 2 smoking areas, and parking space, as well as a barbecue area.
Garage use is possible upon request for an extra charge.

You will find the historic old town with 3 parking garages, many shopping opportunities in the pedestrian zone, as well as theaters, cinemas, ice cream cafés, restaurants & cafés nearby.

You can reach the holiday home via the B95 coming from Chemnitz or Oberwiesenthal or via the B101 from Dresden and Zwickau.
The footpath to the bus stop or the train station is about 300 m.

So come and spend wonderful days in the Ore Mountains, in the land of miners, woodcarvers, and lace makers ...
