Take some pace out of your daily life and bring your mind and body to rest. Spend a few days recovering in the unique surroundings of the Ore Mountains. Framed by the mountains of the region, your vacation home is located on a little-traveled road at the edge of the village of Sehma. Nature begins at the footpath behind the house, and after a few steps, you find yourself in the middle of the forest. The forest area invites you to hike and stretches southwestward to Fichtelberg (we are happy to arrange guided hikes as well).
One of the most beautiful outdoor swimming pools in the region is only a 10-minute walk from the holiday house. Cyclists can quickly reach the bike path, which runs parallel to the B95 towards Annaberg and the Czech border. Mountain bikers can hook into the well-known “Stoneman Miriquidi,” which passes through the town about 500 meters away. In winter, groomed trails and well-prepared slopes at the nearby ski area of Keilberg/Fichtelberg, just a 25-minute drive away, offer everything a winter sports enthusiast could desire. In the "Fichtelbergblick," only 800 meters away, you can enjoy regional dishes.
To bring body, mind, and soul into harmony, you can treat yourself to a special break in our sound therapy practice right next door. If you are interested, please make an appointment for your individual singing bowl application in advance.
Culturally, our region has a lot to offer. The mountain town of Annaberg, known for its attractions, awaits you.
In addition to the largest late Gothic hall church in Saxony, the miners’ cathedral "St. Anne," visitors can explore a multitude of museums.
As you can see, there are many reasons to come here, linger, and return. The Ore Mountains are like a good book; you simply can't put it down. A heartfelt "Glück Auf" (traditional miners' greeting in the Ore Mountains) from Ines and Michael Klepsch
