Ferienhaus Familienzeit

Enjoy your vacation time in the holiday home "Familienzeit" - a small bridge leads you to the peacefully located idyllic Umgebindehäuschen by the village stream in the Zittau Mountains. The holiday home is family-friendly and features a spacious garden. It invites you to relax, explore, and play. The garden with terrace also includes a barbecue area and the opportunity to sit cozily by a romantic campfire in the evening (fuel is not provided).

Facilities include Wi-Fi, central heating, electricity (a separate fee applies for charging e-cars and e-bikes), including hand/shower towels and bed linen, beach package available upon request (beach towels, picnic blanket, beach tent, beach umbrella), separate fully equipped kitchen (fondue, raclette, and baking accessories available) with dining area, 1 large bathroom with WC, bathtub, shower, 1 separate WC, hairdryer/flat iron, a second shower is in planning, 1 large living room, 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed (1.40 m wide), 1 sleep/playroom for children with a semi-loft bed, table tennis, kicker/pool table, punching bag, garden furniture, TV, DVD player (DVDs available), radio/CD/cassette, board games, washing machine, drying rack for indoors and outdoors. Baby equipment includes a high chair, baby food warmer, pot, toys, baby bed - upon request: bedside bed, baby bathtub, changing table, playpen.
There is a storage option for bicycles in the back house.
Parking spaces are available directly at the house for your car, please note the carport height.

A medium-sized pet is allowed.

Further pictures of the holiday cottage will follow, as renovation work is still ongoing, we ask for your understanding. Trampoline and play tower are also planned in the garden.
