The campsite "Ostrauer Mühle" is located in the wild and romantic Kirnitzschtal near Bad Schandau on the Malerweg. It is one of the oldest campsites in Germany, originating from straw storage, where the first tents were pitched in 1953. Today, the site features first-class sanitary facilities and also offers a guesthouse, holiday apartments, and hiking accommodations. On the premises, there is the "Flößerstube" inn with a garden terrace and traditional cuisine - also suitable for celebrations.
All attractions are directly reachable by public transport. This makes the campsite an excellent starting point for beautiful hikes.
