Welcome!
A holiday home like we have all been searching for: A former railway keeper's house in an idyllic secluded location. Trains haven't run here for a long time. You can experience the tranquility of the countryside and solitude in nature here. The former railway embankment is now a well-developed cycle path, from which you can reach the Pirk dam for swimming and boating in 20 minutes, for example.
The railway keeper's house, situated on a 3,000 m² large plot, has been ecologically renovated and reconstructed. The house has 3 bedrooms with beds for up to 9 people. It offers absolute seclusion, the feeling of being completely free and independent, which is always enticing. With its own well, wood heating, fruit trees, and vast property, it has the potential for self-sufficiency. But it also has all the comforts: e.g. underfloor heating and hot water 'from the wall'. Despite its secluded location, it is situated in the midst of an ancient cultural landscape: culture, recreation, and shops are all nearby.
