The association Anna + Sascha e.V. has been committed to renovating this building from 2017 to 2025. Special attention has been paid to accessibility.
Our hotel is an inclusion company. It is located in the heart of the old town of Annaberg-Buchholz. The building at "Buchholzer Tor" with its historic tower was part of the Annaberg city wall. We offer you 11 rooms suitable for different needs. Two of them are equipped for wheelchair accessibility.
In our lovely café on the ground floor, you can have breakfast à la carte and enjoy light meals and drinks. A seminar room is available on the first floor. It is equipped with presentation technology.
The entire building features a tactile blind guidance system. The elevator includes visual and auditory orientation options. All publicly accessible areas are barrier-free and reachable by elevator. They are equipped with Wi-Fi, a modern room management system, and visual as well as auditory signaling in case of fire.

- Your arrival is via the A72 - exit Stollberg-West. Via the B180 and the
S258 you will reach the B101, which leads you directly to Annaberg-Buchholz. In Annaberg-Buch-
holz, turn right onto the Str. d. Einheit. At the next traffic light, turn left over the Schlösselbrücke. Then turn left again into Buchholzer Str. At the end
of the street you will find our hotel; to the left of it you can use "Parkhaus 2".
You can also drive from Chemnitz via the B95. After Schönfeld, leave the B95. Continue straight onto Sehmatalstr.
If you arrive by train, use the lower train station. From there, you can walk the
zig-zag promenade. Alternatively, take the city bus A towards Barbara-
Uthmann-Ring to the market and walk along Buchholzer Str. to the hotel, 400 m. Contact person
